SUMMARY:Club Coach Youth - Carleton Heights CC
DESCRIPTION:Club Coach Youth is designed for coaches who do not require certification but become involved on a voluntary (and often short-term) basis. Participants tend to work with curlers of all ages who are new to the sport\, but most particularly with Youth Curlers. \nCoaches who take this one day (1) workshop will become “Club Coach Youth Trained”. This coach will be able to instruct beginning curlers and youth curlers. A Club Coach Youth instructor will concentrate on the technical skills and leading curlers in activities that are age suitable and technically correct. \nPrerequisite: Must be a minimum of fourteen (14) years of age at the start of the course. \nDeadline for this course is September 23 @ 9:00am

As a Thunder Bay community member\, your awareness of mental health’s importance aligns with our collaboration with the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation to fundraise for mental health services. \nJoin us for curling\, meals\, prizes\, and nightly celebrations\, including a lively Pepsi Party Zone on Sheets 1 & 2 and a Saturday night band. The event features a 3-game Skins Format on April 12th (1 game) and April 13th (2 games)\, contributing to a cause that addresses critical mental health needs in our community.
